Heinrich Langhammer sets up the “Ingenieurbüro Heinrich Langhammer” engineering office in Frankenthal (Palatinate).


Relocation to Eisenberg


Founding of Langhammer Maschinenbau GmbH.
Right from the start, Langhammer built on a principle that has proven itself throughout the years – modular assembly. By combining individual modules, the firm can very flexibly cover a wide spectrum of customer needs.


Expansion of the product assortment. With the development of the first semi-automatic palletizers and the first automatic palletizer, conveyor technology was extended to include palletizing technology as well.

Sale of Langhammer Maschinenbau to Körber AG. Langhammer is integrated in the group as a separate enterprise and wonderfully complements the Körber PaperLink portfolio with its products.
Heinrich Langhammer consigns the entrepreneurship on the 1st of May to long-time employees Enrico Pes and Georg Schmitt.
Change of company name to W+D-Langhammer GmbH.


W+D-Langhammer and KPL Packaging cooperate to develop the CMB202-LA02. This bundler combines the flexibility of robot technology with the proven CMB202 packaging technology.

Opening of new office building and plant in Freiberg


New strategic positioning of the Körber PaperLink Group and introduction of the new division name Körber Process Solutions. Integration of Langhammer into the new Business Area Intralogistics, and renaming of W+D-Langhammer GmbH to Langhammer GmbH.


Introduction of a new gripping system. The international patent pending gripper “The Wave” sweeps the markets.


Langhammer increases capacity in Eisenberg with an additional production hall


"Harmony in Motion" - Langhammer develops a new value proposition and a new branding appearance. Together with the sister companies Aberle and Inconso Langhammer belongs to the Business Area Logistic Systems of the international technology Group Körber.

The first palletizing installation built completely in Brazil.


Beginning on January 1st, 2016 the company management was expanded by Roland Fuchs who is responsible for the areas of order processing, production, and purchasing and supports the successful work of long-standing Managing Director Enrico Pes.

Lean Management is introduced to be perfectly equipped to meet the rising demands of the market.

NPS - Net Promoter Score: Langhammer introduces system for measuring customer satisfaction.


Continuation of the expansion of the Eisenberg site: demolition of three older warehouses and the construction of a new office building as well as a modern testing hall with logistics lock and subsequent modernization and renovation of the existing office buildings.

Development of a space-saving palletizing solution: the new Langhammer articulated arm robot AR500 in combination with either Siemens or Rockwell controls is presented for the first time at the Interpack Trade Show in Düsseldorf.

Expansion of the Langhammer service network with locations in Bad Bramstedt, Magdeburg, and Osnabrück.
