W+D-Langhammer with new linear robot at FachPack

At FachPack in Nuremberg W+D-Langhammer will present a complete palletizing setup. The unit consists of a high performance palletizer together with conveyor technology for consumer goods and pallets and – for the first time – the LR 01 linear robot.

The LR 01 is a cost-effective entry-level model for palletizing nigh to all products in the consumer goods branch – such as bundles, boxes, bags, standard cases, bakery baskets and packs. Ideally suited for situations with low ceilings and limited space the LR 01 perfectly rounds up the assortment of palletizing solutions within the middle power range offered by this German machine builder.

The PA 74 palletizer which was will also be exhibited is a high performance palletizing machine. Seven of this type have just been delivered to the Melitta Kaffee GmbH in Bremen, Germany.

Standard consumer goods and pallet transport technology components will complete this sample setup which will run non-stop during the 3 day trade show and will demonstrate how processing stages in the consumer goods industry can be fully automated and streamlined with modern transportation and palletizing technology.
