A new era begins

Heinrich Langhammer plans to sell Langhammer GmbH to WINKLER+DÜNNEBIER AG in the beginning of the New Year. Through this step a basis will be formed to expand our position on the market for a long time to come.

A decisive factor in this step is the common strategic orientation. Both companies are represented in similar markets. The products supplement each other and make for a comprehensive portfolio so that complete processing lines can be delivered from one source. Langhammer Maschinenbau will be managed within the WINKLER+DÜNNEBIER organisation as a self-contained corporation. The completion of this step is subject to the acceptance through the responsible trust agency.

Since their foundation in 1913 WINKLER+DÜNNEBIER AG develops, produces and sells machines for the graphic and paper processing industry. With 800 employees at locations in Germany, USA, China and Malaysia a turnover of 97.4 million EUR was achieved in 2006. WINKLER+DÜNNEBIER is part of Körber PaperLink - a supplier of system solutions for the paper, tissue and hygienic industry.
